Events at SJCS

Our community is warm and welcoming! We gather at various times to build friendships whether through Home & School association events or committees, volunteering in the classrooms, weekly school mass, Fun Food or basketball games. It’s all about building our community for our students.

A few times a year we have very special events. We start the year off in August with our family Block Party andSt. Joseph Fund Kickoff held here at the school. An opportunity to reconnect after the summer break, see how much our kids have grown and enjoy ourselves. It’s a great way to start the year.

In the late winter we have our annual Gala & Auction for a fun themed adults-only good time as we raise funds for our school! We get dressed up and let our hair down! This important event started in 2008 to raise funds for our school and specifically technology upgrades.

In the spring we invite our students' grandparents to our campus for a morning of visiting the classrooms, breakfast with student entertainment, followed by school mass. Our Grandparents’ Day brings smiles to everyone’s faces. It is a beautiful event to let our grandparents know how very important they are in their grandchildren’s lives. It is a favorite event for the whole community!
